  • Lost Packages
    While we do our best to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, we strongly encourage you to contact the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) to file a claim. Please note that we are not liable for any packages that are reported as lost or stolen after shipment.


  • Delivery
    Our delivery promise is 1-2 days after order is placed. You can always reach out to see if we can accommodate same day delivery.
    Please make sure that someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.


  • Warm Weather Disclaimer
    Please note: During warmer months, there is a risk that your chamoy candy may melt due to high temperatures during shipping. While we take extra precautions to pack your order securely, we cannot be held responsible for melted candy once it leaves our facility.
    Please make sure that someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Do not leave package outside in direct sunlight for a long period of time.
